-Min Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/ Civil Engineering /Building Construction or related discipline.
-Min 10 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
-Proven experience in Interior Design projects.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent design and site supervision and construction management skills.

-Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or other relevant certificates.
-Should have some site experience in architectural and ID works.
-Experience with airport projects is preferred but not necessarily required.
-Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcon, subsidiaries, clients and other relevant stakeholders.
-Ability to prepare and submit necessary site paperwork is essential.
-Ability to adapt to changing conditions and comfortable working under pressure.
-Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a commitment to project quality and safety.

-Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
-Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Safety Professional) are a plus.
-Have a valid Yellow Book.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
-Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs.
-Ability to analyze and interpret safety data and reports.
-Proficiency in conducting safety training sessions and presentations.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills.

-A diploma or degree in Interior Design.
-Certification in CAD tools or drafting techniques can be advantageous.
-Proficiency in CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).
-Strong understanding of technical drawing standards.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain and present technical information.
-Proven experience in Interior Design projects is a must.

-Experience in pre and post-contract in Interior Design construction projects is compulsory.
-At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the same capacity.
-Strong knowledge in taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation, and account finalization
-Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
-Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
